Pilanesberg Game Reserve on Saturday, March 9 (3 of 3)

The watering hole yielded sleeping hippo and baby, lots of game on the hoof, and a flying egret.

Looking on were two lions, in the shade of a near-by tree, overlooking the water hole.
And just beyond the bird blind, overlooking the water hole, we spotted another pride of lions, sitting in the shade.

After leaving the lions, we came across giraffe, grazing near the road.

At the last watering hole, we saw some jackals, Marabou stork, African Sacred Ibis, and then three elephants wandered by for a little swim.

Lunch was at the Bakubung Bush lodge, another delicious buffet, adjacent to the park.
