I've been really enjoying helping the next IBM CSC South Africa team get ready for their engagement starting in August. They have been selected from nine different countries for the assignment and are going through the 3 month prep period. Deepak and I have been assisting them, answering questions and sharing our experiences.
Their project will be based in Cape Town and they are off to a great start. I am very impressed with their level of engagement and professionalism. This is going to be a great experience for the team.
